Retreat
Join us for a wild adventure at Glenlivet
A rustic and special ladies retreat for the soul at my family home in the Braes of Glenlivet, where we slow down the pace of life and immerse ourselves in the soft Ladder hills of the Cairngorms.
If you want to embark on an experience that feels real, join us for a very special long weekend with our family and friends, filled with food, yoga, wild dooks, walks and much more. Enjoy a spice workshop with my incredible mum, Ghillie Basan, an award winning writer and broadcaster running bespoke cookery workshops. Learn Traditional Highland Skills with my brother, Zeki...and of course I will be taking the lead in guided walks and movement sessions.
Autumn is a fantastic season for foraging and anything that we forage will feature in the menu! Enjoy the sunsets on the hillscape, where the light is stunning and long-lasting. This retreat is about total relaxation and community - so if you enjoy a glass of wine in the evening please feel free to bring some along, or a dram as a wee night cap to sit with by the fire before bed. Note, this retreat is a wild women affair - see our mixed gender retreats HERE...and sign up to our newsletter for updates on retreat dates as soon as they are released.

- Swim kit and towel for some cold water dooking - it could be useful to bring booties or crocs.
- Yoga/Pilates - Sarah and Eve bring all that you need, however if you are attached to a matt then by all means bring it. Same applies to a nice blanket and then comfy clothes for yoga.
