For a single day, or a longer stay, our skilled team of experts will craft a special Wellbeing Retreats to benefit mental and physical wellbeing. Guests can completely switch off and find the most wonderful, grounding antidote to the hectic and fast paced everyday environment, right here on our doorstep, in the stunning landscapes that surround us.
Activities vary with the landscape and season, and includes Freediving in Skye, Sea Kayaking in Ullapool, Guided Mountain Days in Torridon, and quieter activities such as Cooking and Spice Workshops, Expressive Art classes, Woodland Dining and Willow Weaving - there’s something to suit everyone. Activities are always optional, and with a full team on hand guests can to dip in and out, spend time in company, or quiet time with a book. We serve a delicious and seasonal menu to revive and restore, setting you up for the day’s activities, with relaxing evenings and warming drinks by the fire.

The ultimate yin and yangA fabulous weekend in Torridon, with the greatest team. Joyful and so inclusive (age and ability). This is my third Wilderness Fit and am so looking forward to the next one (where are we going Yaz?). Outdoor exercise, lifting rocks, mountain climbers upside down on a tree, pull ups – all the regular gym stuff but in the fresh air, using nature.
Chances for sea loch dips, a beautiful massage and some interesting encounters – foraging mushrooms, fermenting sauerkraut, fiddle music evening and a mighty long walk up Beinn Aligin in the blazing sunshine. What could be better?

The yoga was like no other yoga class I’ve attended, this was deep work for body and mind. And the professional massage and fermenting workshops were cherries on the cake! To do all this in the spectacular setting of Torridon, with outdoor swimming, hot tubs and live music was a balm for the soul.
