Woah what a rad weekend! Thanks so much Yaz for bringing us all together in such a lush space, for the super fun wilderness fit sessions i’m so excited to get out in the woods & explore, I definitely had muscles working that don’t always get to.

Time stood still for me this weekend. I was a bit apprehensive coming to a retreat on my own but I did not need to worry as Yaz and her team gave us such a warm welcome.

The calming atmosphere was inspiring meeting so many strong women and learning from their disciplines (yoga, fermentation, strength training, pilates) and was definite highlight for me.
