This is a special mental health retreat I have put together with the aim of turning struggles into strengths. It’s something I have been wanting to do for a long time and due to recent struggles, now is the time! It is not listed on my website as it is slightly different to other retreats, I view it almost as a mental health festival. It is open to all, whether you are struggling with something, supporting a friend who is struggling or you just want a weekend of inspiration and nature immersion – then please come along. There are limited spaces and you must contact me to book.

Mental Health Retreat – 3rd-6th of May 2024

A chance to join a supportive community and speak about the real shit we all have to deal with in life. I am not offering therapy sessions at all, but a weekend of outdoor immersion, fun, inspirational talks and a safe space to fully let go and be yourself without judgment.

How does this differ from other retreats?

My other retreats do also promote mental health in their own way but they are not necessarily focused on it as a subject. This is very much tackling the subject and creating space to listen to others and also the opportunity to talk about whatever you wish with the support there for you.

WildernessFit retreats are female heavy, which is powerful and I love the force a group of women can generate. However this is open to everyone and I really want to get as many males on board as possible. My brother will be running workshops and talking , I also have several male friends who will be guest speakers opening up about their own struggles in life. I want young people to feel it is accessible to them, therefore the costs to come on this are low and I see it as an event to run every year and hopefully I can get some funding behind me to make it free in future.

Please share this with anyone you know who may benefit!
